We are seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join the team.
Work for an industry-leading builder delivering on a wide range of Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial & Industrial projects.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced production estimator to join the team at Built Projects.
As a part of the role you will be responsible for the following:

- Completing invoicing and purchase orders.
- BQQs in Databuild.
- Creating accurate take-offs
- Liaising with Supervisors and other departments within the business.
With proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial projects, your skillset will include:
-
- Relevent tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on large-scale building projects.
- Understanding of commercial and legal issues relating to head contracts.
- A working knowledge of major building trades.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in quantity surveying/estimating
- Strong experience in tender processes and trade procurement
- Preparation of Head Contract variations
- Assessing subcontractor variations
- Financial understanding and knowledge of construction cost
