We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join the team.

Work for an industry-leading builder delivering on a wide range of Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial & Industrial projects.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join the team at Built Projects.

Based on-site, the Site foreman  is responsible for supporting the coordination of the construction process (in conjunction with the senior management team), through the coordination and documentation of design and program requirements. The role provides a link between design, building services and sub-contracts to ensure project objectives are met.

Our business model is to secure targeted projects and then work with a select group of subcontractors to deliver the work, so effective project site management is a critical factor to our success.

As a part of the role you will be responsible for the following:

• • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and Company labour.
  • Conducting routine site inspections ensuring Company standards are met.
  • Ensuring achievement of key milestones in relation to Time, Cost and Quality.
  • Co-ordination of site labour and construction activities.
  • Providing regular updates to the Site Manager.
  • Manage and lead all necessary WHS processes.

With proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial projects, your skillset will include:

• • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial construction.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and resolve issues.
  • Previous site supervision and team leader experience.
  • Trade qualifications, high-risk licences and experience will be highly regarded.
