Our team have seamlessly applied their mixed-use design and construction multi-residential experience to the SEPP Seniors market sector. We have a deep understanding of the design and construction intricacies of this type of project, which includes the importance of well-suited design, layouts and floor plans specifically tailored to over 55’s.


We understand the specific planning controls and regulations, the importance of accessibility requirements and general circulation clearances throughout each dwelling, as well as the strict site constraints and suitability for this type of project.

At Built Projects, we have extensive experience in the end-to-end delivery of master-planned greenfield residential subdivision communities,  We also work to provide boutique infill subdivision projects, dual occupancies (Strata or Torrens Title), and medium-density townhouse developments (Strata or Torrens Title).


We specialise in site-specifically matching, architecturally designed homes to the best land parcels on which they offer customised turn-key fixed-price ‘House & Land packages to suit a wide range of buyers.  Our clients benefit from our long-term relationships with experienced and trusted specialist subdivision consultants and ‘early works’ package contractors. This ensures that their development is in safe hands from conception through to completion.

 

Commercial construction

We have extensive experience in the construction of architecturally designed offices, large-scale commercial office fit-outs, and expansive commercial refurbishments. Built Projects always offers innovative solutions for the complexities and constraints that these projects can often present.


At Built Projects we work flexibly and collaboratively with our clients and have experience staging works spatially into sectors and/or in relation to construction hours. This ensures that commercial spaces remain occupied to ensure minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations.

 

Government

We specialise in constructing mixed-use multi-residential buildings for government entities, particularly Defence Housing and Community Housing Providers. With our experience in delivering turn-key medium-density projects for DHA in NSW, we understand their unique product offerings.


We also have a passion for creating contemporary, functional turn-key housing for Community Housing Providers. We have expertise in designing and building homes that comply with the nationwide ‘Liveable Housing Design Guidelines’. Our projects are designed with the needs of all occupants considered, including those with disabilities, temporary injuries, or young children. Our strengths in the social housing sector include supporting the State Government’s ‘Future Directions – For Social Housing in NSW’ initiative and understanding the needs and vision of Community Housing Providers.
